We want you to love your Joi Decor pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
To initiate a return, please email contact@joidecor.com with:
Clear photos of the item
A brief description of the issue (damage, defect, or concern)
Our team will review your request and determine eligibility before authorizing a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In the same condition as received
Unused and unassembled (for furniture items)
In original packaging with all included parts and materials
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note: Due to the nature of furniture and home décor items, we are unable to accept returns that show signs of use, installation, or wear.
Return Process
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not return any items without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Oversized Item & Return Shipping Fees
Due to the size and logistics of furniture and larger décor pieces, certain items may be subject to return shipping fees.
For oversized items — particularly those fulfilled by our overseas suppliers — return shipping costs can be significant and will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Any applicable return shipping fees will be communicated at the time of return approval and may be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Due to inventory and shipping logistics, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@joidecor.com.
